Core Capital led the MBO of Brasserie Bar Co in 2006, alongside the existing management team from Loch Fyne Restaurants. At the buyout, the Group consisted of 5 sites across the UK.
Brasserie Bar Co was founded in 1996 by Raymond Blanc, one of the world’s most respected chefs. Then trading as Le Petit Brasserie, the philosophy of the brand is to bring high quality French dining to the high street.
Under Core Capital ownership, Brasserie Bar Co has grown into a leading food-led pub company with approximately 40 locations across the UK.
The group operates 20 sites as food-led pubs (WBC), and 17 sites as iconic French brasserie (Brasserie Blanc).
The Group also established its White Brasserie brand in 2009, offering the same high standards of Brasserie Blanc in familiar pub settings. This concept now operates 11 sites, with ambitious plans for further expansion.
