Headquartered in San Diego, USA, AlliedPRA offers high-touch, tailored solutions for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference, Events) inbound group travel. 

It has longstanding relationships with an impressive list of blue-chip clients, including market leaders across a diversified range of sectors.

 


Originally founded by Patti Roscoe in a single office in San Diego, over four decades, AlliedPRA has led the DMC market serving hundreds of destinations across North America.  Patti exited the business in 2007, and following a brief period under different ownership, Core Capital invested in 2009.  

Core Capital supported the strong management team in the US business to continue what Patti started; to further grow the destination footprint network to 26 offices as at 2017.  Further ambitious growth plans are in place via a combination of organic sales-led market share increase, exciting new strategic partnerships as well as via acquisition.

Company progress

Core Capital backed AlliedPRA’s growth ambitions since late 2009.  Following investment, management refocused the group back to its North American operations, selling or shutting down its European offices.  During this time, we supported the acquisition of seven franchised destination offices (South Florida, Palm Springs, Dallas, Arizona, New York, Orlando and Chicago), opened two new offices in the US (Washington D.C. and Hawaii) and completed one major outside acquisition of the leading DMC brand in Colorado.


The US Group has delivered impressive performance so far.  Sales have grown at an average rate of over 12% per annum over the last 5 years.  This has solidified and maintained AlliedPRA's position as the market-leading destination management brand in North America.
