Core Growth Capital announced today that they had closed the Core VCT funds II & III early, having already received commitments in excess of £33 million, exceeding the initial target.
Core Growth Capital LLP, the Manager of Core VCT I plc, and Electra Partners, the Manager of the Electra Kingsway VCTs, have co-led a total investment of £9 million into Ma Hubbard's Limited. Debt facilities totalling £6 million have been provided by Bank of Scotland.
Core Growth Capital LLP, the Manager of Core VCT I & II plc (the Core VCTs) has announced that it has received funding commitments totalling £10.7 million, making the Core VCTs the most successful launch.
